Cross-border Reproductive Care in Czechia: Insights from National Registry Data

Abstract

This article analyses cross-border reproductive care (CBRC) in Czechia using comprehensive data from the National Registry of Assisted Reproduction (2016-2019). It identifies the main patient source countries, highlights differences in age and treatment preferences between domestic and CBRC patients, and shows that nearly 40% of all ART cycles in Czechia are attributable to cross-border patients.
