Hermeneutika v sociální práci: interakce světů klienta a sociálního pracovníka

Abstract

V tomto příspěvku se zabýváme souvislostmi mezi praxí sociální práce a hermeneutikou a zkoumáme, jak hermeneutika, věda o porozumění, zapadá do sociální práce, a to jak do teorie, tak do praxe. Cílem je přispět k dialogu a uchopit tento hermeneutický potenciál sociální práce. Jsou představeni hlavní zástupci hermeneutiky (Wilhem Dilthey, Friedrich Schleiermacher, Hans-Georg Gadamer) a související hermeneutické koncepty užitečné pro sociální práci: horizont člověka, hermeneutický kruh, dějinná zakotvenost, předporozumění a rozhovor. Je poukázáno na to, jak bylo spojení tematizováno doposud (konstruktivistický a reflexivní přístup), a vysvětleno, proč je toto spojení důležité. V článku je zdůrazněn především interperso-nální charakter sociální práce, s důrazem na svět klienta a svět sociálního pracovníka.

In this paper, we explore the connections between social work practice and hermeneutics and examine how hermeneutics, the science of understanding, fits into social work, both in theory and practice. The aim is to contribute to the dialogue and to grasp this hermeneutic potential of social work. The main representatives of hermeneutics (Wilhem Dilthey, Friedrich Schleiermacher, Hans-Georg Gadamer) and related hermeneutic concepts useful for social work are introduced: the human horizon, the hermeneutic circle, historical embeddedness, pre-understanding and conversation. How the connection has been thematized so far (constructivist and reflexive approaches) is pointed out and why this connection is important is explained. In particular, the interpersonal nature of social work is emphasized, with a focus on the world of the client and the world of the social worker.
