Abstract
Volná buněčná DNA (cfDNA) z tekutých biopsií představuje slibný diagnostický aprognostický biomarker u nádorových onemocnění, včetně karcinomu orofaryngu (OPC),který je často etiologicky spojen s infekcí lidským papilomavirem (HPV).

Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from liquid biopsies is a promising diagnostic andprognostic biomarker in cancer, including oropharyngeal carcinoma (OPC),which is often etiologically linked to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.
