This guidelines provide a comprehensive framework for implementing and conducting teaching observation within higher education. It outlines essential stages of the process - from defining the purpose and selecting an appropriate model (e.g., peer observation, expert observation, self-reflection) to adapting observation grids, conducting observations, and delivering constructive feedback. The document emphasizes how teaching observation can be strategically embedded into institutional practices to foster a culture of pedagogical reflection and continuous improvement. The aim is to support the ongoing professional development of university teachers and to establish teaching observation as a sustainable and integrated component of quality enhancement in higher education.
